We are a collective of vulnerability management specialists and equality, diversity and inclusion professionals.

Since 2005 we have supported organisations to protect and working fairly with the public, consumers and service users.

Led by our network of lived experience specialists, we’ve provided professional advice and training to over 4,800 professionals and 2,100 organisations across 32 countries.

Originally founded by Matt Radford, an ethics specialist and pioneer in the development of modern vulnerability frameworks.

Matt is commonly recognised for his work with regulators and as an international speaker on Neuroinclusion and Vulnerability.
